Granville Capital's goal is to provide its clients with exceptional risk-adjusted returns that are uncorrelated to equity and fixed income markets.  The two essential tenets of our philosophy are preservation of capital and performance.  Constructing a diversified portfolio of hedge funds to achieve the first goal, while still producing excellent returns is an art that requires a thorough understanding of each hedge fund strategy; how each manager invests; and how the funds will fit together in the portfolio.

Our thorough and disciplined investment process for sourcing, selecting, and monitoring managers has been a key to our success.  Generally, we believe that smaller, more nimble managers offer the best prospects for achieving superior performance over time.  As a result, we have limited our asset growth as a firm so we will have the flexibility and size to invest with these smaller managers.
